Methods of Payment Accepted by the Court

When paying in person, the court accepts the following:

  • Credit Card

  • Cash

  • Money Order, payable to the Hill County Precinct 1 Justice Court

  • Cashier's Check, payable to the Hill County Precinct 1 Justice Court

 

When paying by mail:

  • Money Order, payable to the Justice of the Peace

  • Cashier's Check, payable to the Justice of the Peace

  • The court does not accept any personal or business checks for payments of any fines.

  DO NOT MAIL CASH

The court does not accept any credit card payments over the phone, but you can use our online payment portal. To make a payment through the payment portal you will need your associated case number, if you do not have it please get in touch with the court.​
